A coach does not analyze your past (therapist) nor do they tell you what to do (consultant) because they believe you already have the answer- you just need a little help discovering it.

Yes. I'm currently offering a complimentary session to those who want to explore coaching.
WHO DO YOU COACH?
I am passionate around coaching women, youth and people going through a transition in their lives.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
First, we start off with a complimentary 30 minute session. This is your chance to explore coaching and an opportunity to see if we're a good fit.
If so, we'll move on to a minimum monthly 60 minute coaching session. I recommend biweekly sessions for new clients to get traction.

WHERE WILL THE COACHING TAKE PLACE?
I currently live in Beijing, China so Zoom or FaceTime is the best format for video and audio sessions.
